Problem

For some PDF attachments on Permits when opening it may sometimes open only the first page of the attachment and the rest are blank. 

This causes confusion for the operators and Access facilitators when trying to confirm the attachment details. 

Solution

Is to save the attachment to your desktop or drive and then you will be able to view the document. 

  1. From Case tracker open case with attachment
  2. Go to the Attachments on the Case details
  3. Right click on the Attachment you wish to view
  4. Select Save as and save to your desktop or a drive
  5. Once saved you will be able to open the document from your desktop or drive.
