Deployment artefacts have been created for records purposes

The new Director – legal declaration and Individual – legal declaration IR's will trigger new notifications for customers to confirm the legal declaration details. 

A new Information Request has been added to prevent having to cancel, refund, and force a new application for Establish, Add module or Exit case(s) with an incorrect Legal Representative declaration.

The following requests will place the case on hold and allow the Legal Representative to be updated prior to reassessing the case:

• company account: Director – legal declaration; and
• non company (Individual) legal representative: Individual – legal declaration.

Auditors that have blank fields for expiry dates have been excluded from the NHVAS Approved Auditors list with a check box added to exclude records from display (where required).

Terms and conditions have been updated

Customer's are now able to view their list of Start/Finish dates related to Permit versions. 

The NHVAS Approved Auditors page (in the Information Hub) can now display multiple listings for an auditor, if they are available to complete audits in multiple states.

The system now validates if approval dates are missing when closing the case, via the Application or Case Management tab. This ensures Approval dates are completed (when applicable). The error will be flagged; and the user will have to correct the error to continue case completion.

An email notification is now sent to the Primary Contact of Road Manager accounts where a permit is issued and their consent was automatically granted because of a pre-approval.

Access Facilitators can now update routes on permits generated from permit templates.

Customers can now enter Start and Finish trip dates on Period Permits. 

Permits set to auto issue will now auto issue even if the permit expires before active consents and route cases are complete.

Issue is fixed where for Class 3 MEMS and MIMS (QLD) permit applications was displaying trailer registration details on permits. Now it will display  "Trailers must be registered."

Customer will now be able the axle spacing information recorded against their vehicle(s) registration in the Registration Details in the Portal. 

The NHVR Analytics Report page now provides a menu tile for each report the use has been permitted to view. Each tile contains the report name and description. Previously users needed to search for reports from a dropdown box. 

The customer can now add one Start and Finish date for Single trip applications and multiple Start and Finish dates matching the number of trips entered for Multiple trip applications. When the Permit is renewed the Start and Finish dates will be refreshed.

A read only table of the Start and Finish dates with related permit versions will be view-able on a case level and permit.

The customer can now add Start and Finish travel dates for Single or Multi-trip permits and declare that they have completed all authorised trips on the permit. They will be unable to renew the permit or link a permit until all travel dates have been entered. 

Upon renewal the permit end date will be 6wks from current date if there's greater than 6wks to the end of the permit.

Accreditation Supervisors can now record the conditions and other related information required to produce an AFM certificate.  They can also generate a preview certificate before sending certificate. 

This information is now available for reporting and will be used to enable automatic system generation of AFM certificates. 

Customers can now request up to 7 tonnes on the steer axle on NSW roads only (refer to the Multi-State Class 1 Load Carrying Vehicle Mass Exemption Notice 2020 - NSW), through the use of a tick box.

For Access Facilitators vehicle conditions are automatically applied to the permit.

Road Managers have visibility of the request on the vehicle summary page and the automatically applied vehicle conditions.

Accreditation Supervisors can now record the conditions and other related information required to produce an AFM certificate.  This information is now available for reporting and will be used to enable automatic system generation of AFM certificates.

Accreditation Supervisors or above will now be the only ones able to reassign cases to other Accreditation facilitators within the team. 

This enhancement prevents case officers from selecting cover letters not relevant to the current application type. This will help prevent mistakes and make it easier to apply the correct cover letter for the application.

Vehicle Standards case officers can add a manually drafted approval document to the case to support case assessment and consultation for both the regulator and road managers.

Once the customer has added the 'Start' and 'Finish Travel' dates, the permit end date will be updated to the Finish travel date.

For the regulator, this improvement will help for the renewal of permits where a new version is required for the booking of pilots/escorts.

Accreditation Supervisors can now record specific conditions and other related information as required to produce an AFM certificate.  This information is now available for reporting and will be used to enable automatic system generation of AFM certificates.

Using information from the AFM conditions panel, it is now possible for an Accreditation Supervisor to automatically generate an AFM certificate, in-turn saving time and effort.

Now Accreditation Facilitators can upload compliance history interception records from the Queensland Department of Main Roads.

This first iteration of the feature will automatically match by vehicle registration to an Accreditation. Future iterations will support user intervention when multiple accreditation records are matched.
